CANADA - FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free within Canada for orders over CA$100.
We use Canada Post to ship orders within Canada.
Canada Post offers a standard service (2-7 days depending on destination), provides a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery.
Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive an email providing confirmation and a tracking number.
UNITED STATES - FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free to the United States for orders over CA$100.
Orders of less than US$800 are tax and duty free.
VOBYO uses DHL to ship US orders over CA$100.
Once the shipment has been processed,you will receive an email providing confirmation and a DHL tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days.
Once the package has been delivered, responsibility for the merchandise is transferred to the recipient.
In the case of refused receipt of an order, the cost of shipping, plus any applicable taxes and customs, will be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Vobyo is a small business. The below policies were created with our customers in mind, but also with the margins of a small business in mind. We understand our policies may not be able to compete with the multi-million dollar corporations out there and we thank you in advance for shopping with us!
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Exchanges - We will gladly accept exchanges when your full-price purchase is returned in as-new condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs of the original purchase. See below for returns details.
Returns - Returns are also possible on full-price items when you return your purchase in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of CA$15 to cover original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total. Our goal is always to have happy customers; we welcome all questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANADA & USA RETURNS
Please follow the simple steps below for returns:
- Send back your purchase within 30 days of your purchase in new, resalable condition in its original packaging
- Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original shoe box.
- Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You MUST use Canada Post or US Postal Service ONLY to return your item(s).
- Please state "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form to avoid incurring customs charges.
- Customers must send the item back prepaid (not Cash On Delivery). Any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
- To exchange an item, the easiest method is to place a new order for the correct item, and simply return the unwanted item for a refund.
ATTENTION ALL USA RETURNS: YOU MUST USE CANADA POST OR US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY.
DO NOT return your orders using DHL, UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, or other couriers, as this will cause your shipment to incur brokerage and duty, which we will deduct from your return amount. Using a courier for returns will also delay your refund by 4-6 weeks.

Refunds will be processed on the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, upon receipt of the goods. The refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that the initial shipping fees are not refundable. You will receive an email when the refund is completed.
