Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

All orders will be charged in US Dollars.

PROCESSING:
Orders may take up to 48 hours to process, slightly longer during high sale periods.Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. If you would like to request express shipping, please contact us at info@vobyo.com prior to placing your order.

CANADA - FREE SHIPPING 

Shipping is free within Canada. 

We use Canada Post to ship orders within Canada. 

Canada Post offers a standard service (2-7 days depending on destination), provides a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. 

Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive an email providing confirmation and a tracking number. 

UNITED STATES - FREE SHIPPING 

Shipping is free to the United States. 

Orders of less than US$800 are tax and duty free. 

VOBYO uses DHL to ship US orders. 

Once the shipment has been processed,you will receive an email providing confirmation and a DHL tracking number.Shipping usually takes 2-3 days.


EUROPE - FREE SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR BROKERAGE FEES, IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES THAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Shipping usually takes 3-4 Days.

Once the package has been signed for, responsibility for the merchandise is transferred to the recipient. 

REFUSED ORDERS

In the case of refused receipt of an order, the cost of shipping, plus any applicable taxes and customs, will be deducted from the refund.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly take back your purchase if you change your mind, as long as it is in as-new resaleable condition.

CANADA & USA RETURNS

Please follow the simple steps below for returns:  

  • Send back your purchase within 30 days of your purchase in new, resalable condition in its original packaging 
  • The original invoice must be sent with any returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without online purchase invoice will not be accepted.
  • Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original shoe box. 
  • Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping 
  • Enclose the receipt as well as a note explaining reason for return 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • You MUST use Canada Post or US Postal Service ONLY to return your item(s). 
  • Customers must send the item back prepaid (not Cash On Delivery). Any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. 
  • To exchange an item, the easiest method is to place a new order for the correct item, and simply return the unwanted item for a refund. 
  • ATTENTION ALL USA RETURNS: YOU MUST USE CANADA POST OR US POSTAL SERVICE ONLYDO NOT return your orders using DHL, UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, or other couriers, as this will cause your shipment to incur brokerage and duty, which we will deduct from your return amount. Using a courier for returns will also delay your refund by 4-6 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

For our International customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online, please note that customs will ask for the proof of payment of taxes and duties on your original purchase. If you no longer have this proof, customs may require you to pay duties again upon delivery of the exchange order. These fees are not refundable by MATSAR SPORTS INC.

Refunds will be processed on the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, upon receipt of the goods. The refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that the initial shipping fees are not refundable. You will receive an email when the refund is completed.
